My name is Kelly and I have recently started a woodworking business called Kelly’s Heart & Timber. I have a diverse background that includes working for different government agencies as well as serving as a care aide for several years. Originally from a pig farm in New Brunswick to Vancouver with lots of stops in between, to now being located in Barriere, with my husband and our blended family.

We own our own sawmill where we mill our own wood, allowing me to create unique, handcrafted products from locally sourced wood. I am known for being funny, hardworking and having a very positive outlook on life. My family is incredibly important to me, which is why I started my own business. It allows me to accommodate our families needs. In addition to my business, we enjoy outdoor activities like camping, hunting, and fishing together. I am currently building wood planter boxes of various sizes and have plans for other amazing, seasonal products in the future.
